Many of you did not know that Bass Player Chris Moore for years has been keeping his Kazoo skillz in the closet. Well at the end of the night in a long rehearsal Chris decided to come out of the closet debuting his Kazoo to the band. I think he listens to alot of Kenny G.. Check it out!!!

Tyler here coming to you from our practice studio (aka my dads office) We are heavy into the writing process right now. When we write new songs, they starts off as a bass line, guitar riff… or even just an idea for a title……. something. we kinda sit there staring at each other while we dabble on said idea… we have some songs that come together in 1 day or even one practice, like Wipe your tears came together over the course of one day. We also have songs that have taken 6 months to finish. RIGHT noW… we have 7 or 8 HOTT new ideas that are in the mixer. I can’t wat for the finished product! wI don’t know when that will be,,, but it will be good… i promise
Tyler.

Are we Human or are we Dancers?
We actually asked ourselves this question while preforming this past Friday Night at Cesar Chavez Park Sacramento, CA. We had some front row people at that had no problem expressing themselves while we preformed, and it kept everything inside of us not to laugh.. but inspired us at the same time to let people know that there is dancer inside us all. Out of some 2,000 people at the Park, watch the video and you will see our new fans moving to rhythm of M.E. Thank you to ALL the Fans and Friends who came out! Much Love to You All!! Josh, Chris, Tyler, Daniel, and Dave

“Keep On” in 2009!
I guess you could say might be the title of a new song that has been developing on monday night rehearsal’s. Have you ever had an idea, and it just didn’t quite communicate well? Usually that happens with a pocket full of progressions, phrases, and songs we try to develop week to week. Sometimes you have to catch up to your ideas. So KEEP ON!! One of the lines in this song is “Its Been the Battle of 2009″. We’ve seen a lot, been through a lot.. At the end of the day if its what you love, if its what you were made for, YOU have to Keep On.
We started fooling with this song about year ago, most of the band kinda flapped they’re lips in a snicker when it first was brought to the table. We just didn’t know what to do with it, that’s why it seemed strange and a little awkward. Now it’s a different story we’ve come back to it, and it’s like striking Gold. That’s the reality of growth, you always have to come back to that first instinct and watch it get bigger than you thought.
We’ve never written a song about us, the band the relationships, the struggle, the battle, the victories. I think this will speak a lot about how we keep going, why we keep going, plus most importantly, it will make you dance!! If it doesn’t we’ll throw in the towel
Check out the myspace, facebook, and twitter, lets keep in touch!
Much love, Josh
We Battled, We Danced, We Won!
Hard Rock Cafe, Battle of the Bands Finals Ever since the this band started over 2 years ago, we have entered into basically any contest we possibly could enter. In some ways we HATE the thought of competitions!! Its like the Super Bowl to some bands.. behind stage muggin people, breathing hard, clinched fist. I wanted to ask, has anyone seen Willam Wallace around here!!??? You’ll never take our freedom!! ha..ha
We use to have a streak of 2nd place in battle of band like competitions, loosing points in categorize like..crowd interaction/participation involvement. Not this time. Hard Rock Cafe was a holding a battle of the bands nation wide, to choose the top performances for a chance to go to London. Well…we never went to London,bummer.. but we did make a statement in our home town of Sacramento. Competing against some amazing bands, and 3 rounds later, we were announced as the winners for Northern Cal.
Watch the video..there’s a little screaming from Megan Cresci, one of our most loyal fans..We love you Megan! She took this footage when were announced by Keith Brooks of 100.5 The Zone. Thank you to our fans, friends, and family for supporting this night.
Michael Jackson
MJ is a name that will always be in everyones heart. His music will be in everyones lives. Michael has influenced me with his talent of music. Even though I’ve never met him I feel like he touched my heart in many ways. He made the impossible possible. He is defenitley one person I would meet If I had a chance. That’s too bad that MJ had to go to make people realize how much he had an impact on our lives. I think I can speak for all people, he had inspired every musician! His musical talent and gifts off stage made everyone realize that he really was a good person. Out of all things I heared and noticed about MJ, he has never complained about anything! I wish all the Jackson family a good life and full blessings upon them!Tyler.
The Backyard
Whats up ya’ll! I’m finding myself laying by the pool more, drinking tea, and making more visits to the frozen yogurt shop because of the heat. It is officially summer and I’m singing that famous Will Smith song in my head constantly..”summa summa time”.
I went fishing for the 1st time since I was 12 with our drummer Dave, and keyboardists Daniel, those guys are fish lovers!!! When you go fishing at night, take a flashlight, it helps!
If you live anywhere near Sacramento you will see that many of our shows are in our own Backyard. We are slowly but surely making a bigger name for ourselves and want to ride on this momentum of gaining fans in Sac. We want Sacramento to know that we are here to make some noise and we got something to talk about. We really want the support of Northern Cal as our band seeks out your attention. We are very excited to play and meet you this summer, if you get a chance come check us out at these shows I promise you’ll want to dance and come see us again! I’ll list what we have so far, again we’d love to see you at a show!! Peace and Love.. drink lots of water.. Josh
